Will my print look like the preview?

Yes. The preview updates live while you design and is exactly the file we send to print.

What paper do we print on?

Premium matte paper of 200 gsm (80 lb, 0.26 mm): a smooth, non-reflective surface that lets every street read crisply. The paper is FSC-certified or equivalent.

Can I order it framed?

Yes. Choose a solid wood frame in black, white, natural oak or dark wood, and your map arrives framed and ready to hang. Prefer your own frame? Every print is made to a standard frame size, so it fits a ready-made frame of the same size.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. The price you see is the price you pay.

When will it arrive?

Every map is printed fresh after you order, at a print studio close to you. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, and within 5–10 working days elsewhere. Ordering for Christmas? Order by 10 December for Europe and by 5 December for the rest of the world to have it under the tree in time.

Can I return a personalised print?

Because every map is made to your own design, personalised prints can't be returned or exchanged. EU law excludes made-to-order items from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If your print arrives damaged, or doesn't match the design you approved, we'll send a new one or refund you in full. Just email a photo to n98maps@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
